When we decided to look into purchasing a second home in Clearwater, we contacted the Chamber of Commerce.   Being from West Virginia, we had no idea which realtor to call.   Fortunately, the Chamber had Lance get in touch with us.

From the beginning, Lance was terrific.  After a lengthy phone conversation, he immediately found some properties he thought we would be interested in and was absolutely right.   He and his wife, Annabella, then spent two full weekends with us, showing us various properties and the Pinellas County area in general.  It was only five weeks from the time we first met with Lance until we closed on a great condo.

Many realtors I've worked with in the past are very experienced and professional, and Lance is certainly no exception.  But one thing sets him apart in my book - his unmatched level of personal concern and caring.   Unbelievable!  And the best thing about our whole experience with Lance and Annabella is the knowledge that we've made good friends as well.  We will always look forward to keeping in touch with them and we highly recommend Lance to anybody who is looking for a high degree of personal, professional service.

Cuando me decidí a comprar mi casa después de casi doce años en este país, la quería buena, bonita, barata y en buen vencindario. Yo sabía que la búsqueda no iba a ser fácil ya que todos los días el precio de las casas iban en aumento.
