I specialize primarily in RELOCATION as well as the Sale of Residential Homes (single family, condos, and waterfront) in Pinellas and Pasco Counties, representing buyers and sellers. As a Florida Native with over 30 years of local residence, I have extensive knowledge of the local market as well as strong ties to the community. I also lived, worked and went to school in Upstate NY for 15 years which has served me well in understanding and catering to the likes, dislikes, and needs of all of our Northern clients. And yes, I played too, lots in fact, but no, I do not miss my snow shovel. :-)

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering as well as a background in Computer Networking and technology. As the real estate business becomes more sophisticated and challenging, I am a person who understands the industry as well as the associated technology and will consistently be on the leading edge.
I am married to Annabella with whom I enjoy spending time traveling with, especially vacationing in our home in the Philippines. In addition, I enjoy all watersports, particularly Swimming, WindSurfing and Fishing. And lastly, I have owned and trained numerous working dogs over the last 20+ years.
