Although I officially retired the end of 2006, I am available for Buyer's looking for for an experienced, loyal agent, to represent them in their real estate transactions. As an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, I represent you and only you for a specific transaction. Your personal Real Estate Consultant, with 100% Fiduciary responsibility to you.
Many of you that have worked with me before already know this, but for the benefit of those that do not;
I decided to retire a couple of years ahead of schedule so that my wife could be with, and assist in the care of her aged mother in the Philippine's who has Alzheimer's. Although it was a difficult decision, we decided that it was the right thing to do at this point in time. Family is Family.
As such, I now live in the Philippines. But as I really enjoy Real Estate, I do not mind flying completely across the world to assist any of my prior clients as well as any new ones who are looking for the level of service that I provide.
Please keep in mind that I must be sincere in my work, as I will be working for roughly $1500 less than any other agent due to the cost of my air fare just to return to Florida to represent you. I represent your interests 100% as your personal Consultant and all you owe me in return is your Loyalty. After all, the Seller pays my commission and you don't owe me a dime. What a deal !
What do I get out of it? I'm glad you asked. In addition to the usual satisfaction of assisting others, I do earn a commission, even if it is significantly less than other Agents would be willing to accept. On top of that, I get to visit friends and relatives when I am not assisting you, or when our business has been completed.
A simple Win-Win situation for everyone !
